The furniture pieces we source are good quality, vintage, items that have been loved and used and sometimes they may have minor flaws or imperfections through previous use. We work very hard to create pieces with an artisan look and feel and each item has its own unique design. We restore and paint by hand so if you are looking for a perfectly flawless, straight from the warehouse finish, then maybe our furniture is not for you. We use high quality paints and products to ensure durability so that they can be loved and used again for many years. We do not advise using furniture polish on our items; a wipe over with a damp, soft, cloth should be all that is required.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please contact us straight away if there are any issues or concerns. We accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss and items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
