Art Deco coaster set, 4 coasters gift set, vintage, Deco Darlings

Our Deco Darlings Coasters set is a stunning set of 4 wooden, cork backed, coasters with Art Deco, vintage images from the 1920s and 1930s. 
 
The mixed set comprises 4 images that all featured on magazine covers in the 1920s and 1930s.  The designs will appeal to those who love the glamour and style of the Art Deco era and anyone who loves vintage and retro images.  Pin-up style images were used in the 1920s/30s and artists such as Rolf Armstrong, Clive Henry, Edward Mason Eggleston and many others created some iconic designs.  Many of these portraits were for magazine covers featuring the glamorous IT girls and actresses of the day.  We searched through hundreds of vintage images before choosing this striking and stylish group of 4 Deco Darlings.  We absolutely love these beautiful and colourful images and think they make a wonderful addition to our Art Deco homewares range.   A lovely Art Deco gift.

Each coaster has rounded edges and measures 10 cms x 10 cms.  The handmade coasters are made in the UK with Birch plywood, are FSC certified and we have added a cork backing.  The images have a matt, protective, coating which enhances the vintage look.  They do not have a glossy finish.
